Bypass surgery (MIDCAB)
What Why How When Before After/Followup

Why is it done?
MIDCAB is performed in those cases where only a single graft is required, and thus can be performed with minimal ‘assault’ on the body by way of a small incision or cut. The Left Internal Mammary Artery (LIMA) is detached from behind the breastbone and attached to blocked artery from the same incision.
