Before ... Precautions & prerequisites
You should directly contact the CT scan room or the reception of the department for the appointment. Special instructions will be given depending upon the area to be scanned.

PREPARATION FOR THE SERVICE:

• Complete fasting for four hours is required.
• Women should always inform their doctor or CT technician - incase of a possibility of pregnancy.
• Routine medicines may be taken.
