Do's and Don'ts
We request you to please:
  • Keep the Institute clean.Use garbage bins for disposal of waste.
  • Baggage is not permitted inside the Institute. Kindly contact Security Desk for Cloak Room provided to keep your locked luggage
  • Contact Administration in case of any problem
Please do not:
  • Come in large numbers as it creates overcrowding, chaos and can cause infection.
  • Smoke, spit or make noise.
  • Bring eatables or flowers.
  • Bring children below the age of twelve.
  • Keep valuables in the patients room.

Manned 24 hours.
Enquiries regarding patient's status, whereabouts, etc. can be made here.

Appointments and Registration
For consultation or tests either personally or on phone:
8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. in the lobby and
8.00 a.m. to 6.45 p.m. in OPD, on weekdays.

Admission
8.30 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on weekdays (up to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday).

Ambulance service
Please contact Emergency for air and car ambulance on payment basis, subject to availability.

Finance department
Diners, Amex, Master and Visa credit cards and Citibank debit cards are also accepted.

IPD Billing
9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.(Main Building Basement)

OPD Billing
8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. (Main Building)
8.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Rehabliation Centre)

Telephone facility

In-house phones and PCOs are located across the main lobby, beyond visitors’ lifts. STD / ISD calls can be made from PCOs and bed phones for which the MTNL VCC can be purchased from the Coffee Shop.


Blood bank
Blood donation for surgery patients may be done between 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. (Main Building basement).

Coffee shop
8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. (Main Building).
9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (Rehabliation Centre).

Dining Hall
Breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner are served for visitors from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Report room
Reports including Angio films / CD can be collected from Room No. 37(Rehabliation Centre).
Rs. 1,000/- is to be deposited at the Cash Counter (Main Building Basement) two days prior to obtaining the film / CD.
In case a patient wants his reports sent to his residence, he should inform so in writing at Report Room (Rehabliation Centre).
